Narra Bridge is located at Barangay Narra, Bacnotan, La Union. It was originally built through the initiative of Bacnotan Cement Corporation, which is now Holcim Philippines, Inc., to support the cement industry in La Union. The reconstruction of the said bridge was funded through the ROLL-IT program of DTI ,which aims to strengthen economic development in the country, and was implemented by the DPWH La Union 1st District Engineering Office.
